CandlePlug and Candle Closures

Tecnocap offers a variety of closures for candles, potpourri, and scent containers: CandlePlugs, Unishell, CT's including 70G's, Veriseals and perforated closures.

The CandlePlug allows manufacturers of candles to offer a premium metal closure on non-threaded glass. The CandlePlug simply pushes on and pulls off. Our CandlePlug is currently available in three sizes. 70mm, 83mm, and 89mm, with other sizes in development. Standard finishes are antique gold, pewter, and bronze with custom colors available.

70G closures fit the home canning style jar. Tecnocap stocks antique gold, pewter, rustic and gold specifically for the candle industry. Unlimited custom colors and printing can be run to specifications for any of our metal closures.

Perforated lids (lined or unlined) can be used to allow the scent of your candle, potpourri or other aromatic contents to escape. Standard perforations are available for the 70G, 70mm and 63mm CT's, the 70mm and 63mm Unishell, and the 70mm and 63mm Veriseal®. Our Daisy perforation design can be modified to create various patterns. (Perforated lids are not for use while candle is burning.)

Any closures can be ordered without liners to fit almost any size container you use for candles.

Assorted Candles

Tecnocap can customize any of our closures with custom finishes or printing from our own lithography plant. Embossing or company logos and trademarks can also enhance your lid.
