Lugs, Twists & Capping Equipment
As a member of the TECHOCAP® Group, Penn Wheeling Closure (P-WC) has an extensive line of twist closures ranging in size from 27mm to 110mm. Most sizes of these tin-plated steel caps can be ordered with or without a vacuum indicator/tamper evident button.
These twist closures use a Plastisol liner and are designed for glass containers, which can be used in high-temperature packaging processes up to 260° F (127° C).

interior coating with plastisol
- Fluted version available - offering an easier grip for
products such as pickle, applesauce and tomato based sauce jars
- Vacuum sealed closures for products such as instant coffee, spices, candles and mustard
Several sizes are available in a medium or deep style to enhance your product appearance. Custom sizes are also available.

Capping Equipment – TECNOCAP® manufactures capping machines and related equipment specifically for twist/lug closures. Capping machines can operate with lugs from 38 to 110 mm capping up to 500 containers a minute.
